No referral is needed for any of our services. You can call us directly to schedule an assessment for tinnitus, hearing evaluation, pediatric audiology, or auditory processing testing.

Bring any previous hearing test results or audiograms you may have, a list of medications you are currently taking, and your health insurance information. If you have been referred by another healthcare provider, bring the referral letter as well.

We can provide receipts and documentation for you to submit to your insurance provider. Coverage varies by plan, so we recommend contacting your insurer to confirm coverage for audiology services. We do not direct bill.
